I prefer to have a referral from your GP, obstetrician, midwife, health visitor or another mental health professional. However, I also accept self-referrals.

The majority of women I see are planning a pregnancy, having fertility treatment, pregnant, or within a year of birth but I also see women at other times in their lives. If you first see me for difficulties related to pregnancy, you can remain under my care for as long as you need to.
