Meeting other parents
You may feel very isolated in pregnancy or when you have a baby. You may not have friends who are pregnant or have babies.
It can be very helpful to talk to other pregnant women and new parents for may different reasons. It can help if you find that other pregnant women and parents have similar worries and experiences to your own. It can also help you to feel less lonely.
