CONSULTATION FEES
​
My fees depend on the length of the appointment.
Initial consultations (face-to-face or video consultation):

A 60 minute appointment is £500

A 90 minute appointment is £700

Follow-up consultations (face-to-face, video or telephone consultation):

A 30 minute appointment is £225
-
A 45 minute appointment is £350
-
A 60 minute appointment is £450
Cancellation charge
I will try to be as flexible as possible with regards to requests to reschedule appointments. Regrettably, should you cancel your appointment with less than 2 full working days notice the full fee will be charged.

Tests and investigations
Following your consultation you may need blood tests or other investigations to exclude physical causes for your symptoms. The fees for those tests will be determined by the clinic or hospital and charged to you, or your private medical insurer, separately.
Private prescriptions
I do not charge any additional fees when a private prescriptions is issued after an appointment.
The fee for a repeat prescriptions requested without a follow-up appointment is £25.
Please note, the pharmacy will charge a fee for all prescriptions. Prescriptions are usually sent to Pharmacierge (www.pharmacierge.com) who will deliver the medication to your home. If you prefer your prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy this can be arranged.
Medical reports
A standard fee of £250 will be charged for medical reports requested by your employer or other party. Information will not be disclosed without your written consent.
PAYMENT
If you are self-funding, payment for your first appointment should be received 2 full working days prior to the appointment.

Payments for follow-up appointments should be made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Invoices will be sent by email. Payment can be made by BACS transfer (details on the invoice) or by debit or credit card using Stripe.

New appointments cannot be made until outstanding invoices have been paid.

Private medical insurance
​
If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your consultation, to check the terms of your policy, particularly the level and type of outpatient cover you have, including any reimbursement limits on individual consultation fees.
